Waffles with cheese and greens filling

Ingredients for Waffle Dough
 1 Egg
 300 g Pumpkin puree
 150 g Kefir 2%
 150 g Corn flour (or other)
 10 g Extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp. Baking powder (5 g)
Ingredients for filling
 2 Boiled eggs
 60 g Processed cheese "Dzintars" with mushrooms or other similar cheese (up to 260 kcal/100 g)
 60 g Tomato
 30 g Greens (scallions, dill)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, garlic, pepper

Steam the pumpkin (peel it, cut it into small pieces, and put it in the microwave for ~7 min) and whisk it with a blender.

Add all other dough ingredients. Stir.

Prepare the filling - rub the boiled eggs into a separate container and add the finely chopped tomato and cheese (chopped or grated). Add mayonnaise and spices. Mix everything.

Put a large spoonful of dough in a preheated waffle iron, and smooth it out a little. Put a spoonful of filling on top, and another spoonful of dough on top. Close the waffle iron, press lightly, and bake for ~ 5 minutes.
