When you get tired of the usual "standard" lunch (meat, side dishes, salad), you can have it all in a tasty, filling salad that's easy to take with you to work.

Chickpea Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
 150 g Smoked chicken fillet
 60 g Chickpeas (dry weight – if ready-made/canned, then 120g) or beans
 100 g Cucumber (can also be pickled)
 100 g Peppers (or pickled mushrooms)
Ingredients for Sauce
 60 g Very ripe avocado
 120 g Kefir 2% (or natural yoghurt)
 20 g Greens (parsley, dill, basil)
 Lemon juice, salt, pepper (garlic can also be added)

Soak the chickpeas the night before. Alternatively, use canned chickpeas (120g).

Cut vegetables and meat.

Prepare the sauce - blend all the sauce ingredients with a blender.

Mix the sauce with the salad.
