This salad is super tasty and nutritious!

Boil the eggs.
Drain the liquid from the chickpeas and rinse them.
Add sliced avocado, chopped eggs, drained and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, cottage cheese and scallions to the chickpeas.
Add the herb salt and lemon pepper and mix everything.
