Chickpea salad with eggs and cottage cheese

Ingredients
 2 Boiled eggs
 250 g Canned chickpeas
 160 g RIMI cottage cheese or any other equivalent (you can also use granular curd)
 100 g Ripe avocado
 30 g Scallions
 20 g Sun-dried tomatoes in oil (dry the oil before using)
 Lemon pepper
 Herb salt, spices optional

Boil the eggs.

Drain the liquid from the chickpeas and rinse them.

Add sliced avocado, chopped eggs, drained and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, cottage cheese and scallions to the chickpeas.

Add the herb salt and lemon pepper and mix everything.
