Something light and filling at the same time. A healthy and very tasty salad that can be eaten both for lunch and dinner without fear of gaining weight.

Drain the water from the chickpeas and dry them.
Mix all the spices separately. Sprinkle chickpeas with oil and mix.
Add spices and salt to the chickpeas. Mix and spread on a baking sheet.
Put in a preheated oven at ~220 °C degrees and bake for ~10 minutes. Take out and cool.
Place spinach, sliced avocado and turkey peas on a plate. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and lemon pepper.
