Turkish pea buns without eggs gluten and lactose

Ingredients
 100 g Chickpea
 2 tbsp Psyllium (psyllium husk)
 22 g Extra virgin olive oil
 100 ml Water
 ½ tsp. Soda
 1 tbsp Vinegar
 Salt, spices of your choice

Turkish peas are soaked overnight (or for at least 12 hours).

On the second day, drain the water, add the remaining ingredients and whisk with a blender.
Set aside so that the psilliums swell.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, forming round buns.

Cut the top with a sharp knife, sprinkle with seeds and bake at 175 degrees ~ 40-45 minutes. Cool it.
