Place the onion, garlic and pumpkin cut into small cubes (if the pumpkin is hard, fry it with the onion, if soft, a little later, after frying the onion and garlic) in a deep frying pan heated with oil (20 g) and fry them.
Add the sliced peppers and sauté until ready.
Add the chickpeas, sliced Favita cheese, parsley, and spices and heat, stirring, for a few minutes.
