Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 70 g Egg white
 130 g Canned tuna in its own juice
 50 g Cream or fresh cheese up to 12% fat
 30 g Spinach
 30 g Salad mix
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, pepper
Directions

Place the eggs, egg white, tuna (drain the excess liquid from the tuna), and spinach in a bowl. Add salt and spices as needed, and blend everything into a smooth puree.

Add the baking powder.

Pour the mixture into the baking tray, spread into a thin layer and place in the oven at 180 °C for ~15-20 minutes.

Remove, cool, spread with fresh cheese, top with greens, roll up and enjoy a delicious meal.
