Tuna salad with couscous and green peas

Ingredients
 100 g Whole grain couscous
 200 ml Hot water
 100 g Green peas (frozen)
 100 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 30 g Scallions
 20 g Dill
 120 g Canned tuna in its own juice (pieces)
 3 g Extra virgin olive oil to spray
 Herb salt, lemon pepper to taste
Directions

Sprinkle the couscous with hot water, place on a dish and leave for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, evaporate the green peas. Cut peppers, greens.

To the swollen couscous add, peas, peppers, green onions, dill, spray 8-10 puffs of oil, add spices, mix.

Put on plates, sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.
