If you love eggs and tuna and want to eat healthy, I definitely recommend making this delicious and nutritious pie.

Tuna Pie with Eggs and Green Onions

Ingredients (form diameter: 24 cm)
 2 Eggs
 80 g Egg white
 330 g Kefir 2%
 120 g Flour (I use whole wheat flour)
 1 tsp. Soda
 Salt
Ingredients for filling
 4 Boiled eggs
 112 g Tuna in its own juice
 70 g Scallions
 Salt, pepper, crushed garlic, spices of your choice

First, prepare the batter: add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the kefir and let it 'work'.

Add the eggs, egg whites, flour, salt, and spices to the kefir. Mix everything.

Chop the scallions and hard-boiled eggs, then add the tuna and mix everything.

Pour half of the batter into the tin. Spread the filling on top. Pour the remaining batter over it.

Bake in the oven at 175 °C for approximately 35–40 minutes.
