A simple but very tasty variation for a delicious breakfast. A simple cheese bun with tomato. But it tastes especially good with whole wheat Bread!

Place 25 g of cheese on one half of the bun. Above the cheese place 40 g of tomato and again 25 g of cheese on top of the tomato.
Place the other half of the bun on top.
Repeat the same with the other bun.
Bake for a few minutes in a sandwich toaster.
