Toasts with cheese and persimmons

Ingredients
 80 g Whole grain toast bread (4x20 g)
 50 g Cheese 10%
 20 g Cheese "Dor blue"
 40 g Persimmon

Put 25 g of 10% cheese on toast bread, then a slice of persimmon (20 g) and 10 g of Dor blue cheese on top.

Put the second slice of toast bread on top and put it in the sandwich maker for a few minutes.
