I have a new favorite breakfast again. At least for a while :)

Put 25 g of 10% cheese on toast bread, then a slice of persimmon (20 g) and 10 g of Dor blue cheese on top.
Put the second slice of toast bread on top and put it in the sandwich maker for a few minutes.
