Toast sandwiches with cheese and curd

Ingredients
 4 Slices of wholemeal toaster bread (4b x 26 g)
 1 Egg
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 30 g Tea cheese (8%), or any other lean cheese up to 18%
 10 g Scallions

Grate the cheese, chop scallions, add the egg and curd and mix everything.

Press the middle of two slices of toasted bread (create a hollow to put the filling) and place the filling in them.

Top with the two remaining slices of toast bread, place in a sandwich toaster and bake until ready.
