Toasts with peaches and caramelised walnuts

Ingredients
 2 Slices Latvijas maiznieks 100% rye toaster bread (2x20 g)
 80 g Skimmed milk curd
 80 g Ripe peach
 60 g Natural yoghurt (I use Actifeel Greek style)
 15 g Honey
 12 g Caramelised walnuts (walnuts fried in honey, 80:30)
Directions

Cut the peach into small pieces, place in a pan with honey (15 g) and fry/sauté.

Mix the cottage cheese with the yoghurt. Add a non-calorie sweetener as needed.

Place the mixed curd on the buns, top with the peaches and caramelised walnuts.
