One of my favourite breakfasts, which I have been enjoying for quite some time now.

Ingredients
 3 Slices of 100% rye toast bread
 100 g Culinary curd “Baltais” (or: 70 g skimmed milk curd mixed with 30 g milk 2%)
 125 g Fresh raspberries
 15 g Honey

Toast the bread.

Mix the curd with milk (and sweetener, if desired).

Spread the curd on the bread. Top with fresh raspberries. Drizzle with honey.
