Ingredients
 1 Egg
 4 Slices of wholemeal toaster bread (4 x 26 g)
 120 g Ripe Banana
 120 g Skimmed milk curd

Smash the banana, add the cottage cheese and mix.

Press the middle of two toaster breads - create a well in which to put the filling

Divide the filling into 2 portions and spread on both slices of toast bread.

Top with the two remaining slices of toast bread, place in a sandwich toaster and bake until ready.
