Toasts with raspberries and curd

Ingredients
 3 Slices (60 g) 100% rye wholemeal toaster bread
 125 g Fresh raspberries
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 60 g Natural yogurt
 10 g Honey
 Sweetener

Mix the skimmed milk curd with the yoghurt and sweetener.

Toast 3 slices of toaster bread.

Place the curd mixture on the toast. Top with fresh raspberries and drizzle with honey.
