Tortilla cake with coconut-milk cream

Ingredients
 6 40g corn tortillas
 3 Egg yolks
 1 l Milk
 90 g Corn starch
 40 g Coconut crumbs
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Sweetener, vanilla,

Stir in egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla, lemon juice, coconut flakes (30g), cornstarch.

Stir the milk continuously until the mass begins to thicken.

Set aside to cool — stirring occasionally.

When the cream has cooled and become thick, it is smeared between the tortillas.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes (10g) and decorate with raspberries. And that's it! Enjoy life!
