Boil eggs and carrots. Grate.
Finely chop chicken/turkey fillet, green feather onion, and grated cheese (I use ready-made grated cheese).
Mix everything and divide into 5 tortillas.
Moisten the edges of the tortilla with water - fold and squeeze/glue with a fork.
Smear with egg, sprinkle with seeds, and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. But you can also bake in a pan.
