Grate the cheese and eggs and mix with cottage cheese and green onions.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Add the egg white to the curd-cheese mass. Beat the egg yolk in a separate bowl.
Add the salt and spices to the curd-cheese mass.
Place the filling of the curd-cheese-egg-onion mass in the middle of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla into squares or brush the edges with water and press down the edges with a fork (like chebureks), brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in the oven at 180 °C degrees for ~12 minutes, or fry in a pan.
