Tortilla with Mozzarella

Ingredients
 1 Tortillas (63g)
 30 g Cheese Strongman (or other flat cheese)
 ½ Mozzarella Balls (60g 18%, but can use the same Force)
 60 g Cherry tomatoes
 1 Egg
 Dill, basil, garlic, onions, sesame seeds

Grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes, greens, add the egg whites (leave some of the egg yolks for smearing - part, because one whole for one tortilla will be too much), spices.

Mix everything, put the mass on the tortilla.

Smear the edges with egg yolk, fold and squeeze together with a fork.

Bake in the oven at ~ 180 degrees (10-12 minutes) or in a pan under the lid.
