Cake Herring in a fur coat

Ingredients (mould diameter 18 cm)
 500 g Marinated herring fillet "Gardums"
 500 g Boiled beets
 330 g Boiled eggs (6 pcs.)
 300 g Boiled carrots
 200 g Apples "Antonovka"
 130 g Onions
 30 g Scallions
 480 g Mayonnaise Hellmans Lighter 3%

Cut the herring fillet into fine pieces. Grate carrots, apples, beets, and eggs. Chop the onion.

Arrange the salad in layers in a container, and spread mayonnaise between each layer, in 6 layers of 80 g each.
1st layer– carrots.
2nd layer - beets
3rd layer – herring
4th layer – onion + green circles
5th layer – apples
6th layer - eggs
7th layer – beets + boiled egg whites
