A little unusual cake for me, beloved, on the name day.

Cut the apples in half, remove the core and place them cut-side down on a baking tray.
Place in an oven heated to 180 °C and bake for ~35 minutes until the apples are soft. Cool them a little.
Remove the pulp from the apples, add soft Ghi butter (the apples should still be warm, at room temperature) and blend into a homogeneous cream. Fill in a pastry bag and put it in the fridge to cool the cream.
Blend Belvita biscuits with blender and toast peanuts.
Place 1/3 (200 g) of the crushed cookies on the base, around which a metal pastry ring is placed, which is lined from the inside with an acetate plate. Tamp the cookies a little.
Put 1/3 (~500 g) of apple cream on top. Pour the next layer of crushed cookies (200 g) on top, press them a little into the cream and put 500 g of apple cream on top again. Repeat the previous steps.
Torti pārklāj ar pārtikas plēvi un liek uz nakti ledusskapī.
In the morning, smear the sides of the cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with ground, roasted peanuts. Decorate as desired.
!!! The cake must be kept in the refrigerator - because it keeps its shape thanks to Ghi butter, which hardens in the cold.
