Cut the peppers and onions into small cubes and thinly slice the olives. Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press.
Heat the pan and fry the onion and garlic in the oil (10 g). After a few minutes, add paprika, and after 3-4 minutes add tomatoes, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Boil the sauce. Add the olives and sauté for a few more minutes.
