Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, and set aside to drain.
Add curd to the eggs and blend until smooth.
Add ground meat, chopped garlic, leeks, dill, zucchini with excess liquid squeezed out, and spices to the egg-curd mixture.
Heat the pan and grease it with oil.
Form round cutlets and place them in a pan. Reduce the heat to very low and sauté the cutlets on both sides until done. Add a little water if necessary.
