Sinless and delicious!

Turkey fillet with couscous in Chinese sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients
700 g Turkey fillet (or chicken fillet)
 693 g Zucchini
 142 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 88 g Broccoli
500 g Chinese sweet and sour sauce with pineapple "Spilva".
 200 g Boiling water
 100 g Whole grain couscous
 58 g Onion
 20 g Garlic
 20 g Adjika
20 g Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
1

Cut the turkey fillet into pieces.

2

Chop the onion and garlic and cook in a preheated frying pan (with 5 g of oil). Add the turkey fillet pieces and fry, stirring. Use a deep frying pan (28 cm).

3

Cut all the other vegetables (I cut the carrots in half crosswise and cut them into thin "half rings" - to cook them faster).

4

When the meat and onions are slightly fried, add the rest of the vegetables, salt and spices. Add Chinese sweet and sour sauce and adjika (or tomato paste). Put a lid on the pan and simmer everything on medium heat for another ~7 minutes.

5

Add 100 g of whole grain couscous to the pan with meat and vegetables, mix and saute for another ~5 minutes. Add water as needed (~150-200 g, depending on how "wet" you want the food to be - I added 200 g).

Bon appetite!
