Tiramisu cake

Ingredients for Sponge cake
 2 Eggs
 122 g Banana
 80 g Dates
 70 g Whole wheat flour (can be halved with bran)
 50 g Natural yogurt
 10 g Coconut oil (or butter)
 1 tsp. Soda
 Cocoa
Ingredients for Cream
 125 g Banana
 500 g Ricotta fresh cheese (11%)
 300 g Cottage cheese cream Alma (fat-free) (or instead of Alma you can take 3x 250g Ricottas, but then Kcal will be more)
 Sweetener, vanillin
 Sweet, strong coffee
Directions

Dates aplej with boiling water and leave to soak.

Separate egg whites from egg yolks

Beat egg yolks with banana, cocoa, yogurt, coconut oil, soda

Add the soaked dates and cover everything very well again.

Add flour. Set aside a little "rise".

Whisk the egg whites into a stiff foam and mix gently into the dough.

The dough is poured into a form, flattened and baked for ~ 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove and carefully pour out of the mold.

Cool the biscuit and carefully cut it in half: two plates are formed. (or cut into long "cookies" as desired).

Put the bottom plate in the form, soaked in with sweet coffee.

Finished cream - cottage cheese cream is blended with fresh cheese, banana, sweetener, vanillin.

Spread the cream on a disc, sprinkle with cocoa, put a second plate on top, which is also wiped with coffee, on which also put the cream. Sprinkle with cocoa.
