Tarte with cumin cheese and mushrooms

I've found a dough for tarts that I really like. Since there is still cumin cheese left in the house, I found a great way to "dispose of" it in the salty tart.

Tarte pizza with cumin cheese and mushrooms

Ingredients for the Base
 1 Egg
 180 g Skimmed milk curd (this time from sachets - so quite "wet")
 30 g Rice flour
 30 g Corn flour
 15 g Coconut oil
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 A pinch of salt, Provencal spices
Ingredients for filling
 100 g Mushrooms
 100 g Caraway cheese 10% (or any other flat cheese)
 100 g Natural yogurt
 80 g Egg white
 50 g Carrot (or paprika)
 25 g Scallions
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Mix the egg with cottage cheese, baking powder. Stir in flour and grind the ball, which is placed in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms, grate the carrots and sauté them in a pan. Cool.

Grate cumin cheese. Remove the dough and divide into 3 equal parts and form a base with side edges (with wet hands it works better). I put one tart in a silicone mold, but simply created two on baking paper in a free-form form by hand - but then its edges still blurred, didn't hold the shape and came together like pizza.

Mix mushrooms with cheese, yogurt, egg whites, add spices and fill in tartar.

Tartes are placed in the oven at ~ 175-180 degrees for ~ 20 minutes.
