A very tasty tart with ricotta cheese and strawberries!

Tart with ricotta cheese and strawberries

Ingredients for the base (mould diameter 20-22 cm)
 1 Egg
 170 g Skimmed milk curd
 90 g Flour (I use whole wheat flour, but any other flour will do)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 30 g Egg white
 250 g Fresh cheese "Ricotta Lago Maggiore" 6%
 150 g Strawberries (or other berries/fruit)
 100 g Natural yoghurt "Skyr"
 20 g Corn starch
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanilla

Beat the curd with the egg and sweetener.

Add the flour mixed with the baking powder to the mixture. Knead the dough.

Place the dough in the tart tin, forming the 'sides'.

Place cut berries at the bottom of the tart.

Whisk the eggs and egg whites with the fresh ricotta cheese, natural yoghurt, vanilla, sweetener and starch.

Pour the mixture into the tin and bake the tart in the oven at 175 °C for ~40 minutes.
