While you can find delicious chanterelles in the forest, I cook with them. This time in a tart.
Fry the onions with chanterelles and leave to cool.
Prepare the dough: blend egg with curd into a homogeneous mass. Add melted butter, adjika, spices, and flour, and knead the dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for ~20 minutes.
Prepare filling: blend eggs with cottage cheese. Add fried chanterelles, grated cheese, chopped dill, and optional spices.
Put the dough in a form, and make edges. (I usually use rubber gloves for this, which I moisten a little, or with wet fingers) Put the filling in the middle.
Put in an oven heated to 175 degrees and bake for ~30-35 min.
