Continuing the theme of delicious plums… I suggest you make (you will not regret) this fabulous delicious and at the same time such a diet cake!

Tarte with yellow plums and cottage cheese

Ingredients for the dough
 1 Egg
 140 g Skimmed milk curd
 25 g Coconut oil (or butter or other oil)
 40 g Corn flour
 40 g Rice flour
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener
Ingredients for Filling (Round 1)
 360 g Yellow plums
 30 g Starch
Ingredients for Filling (Round 2)
 1 Egg
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Egg white
 Vanilla, sweetener
Ingredients for Filling (Round 3)
 220 g Plums
 50 g Water
 8 g Gelatin
Directions

Mix all the dough ingredients and place the dough in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, cut the plums into pieces and mix with cornstarch. If the plums are sour, add a sweetener of your choice. Mine was sweet, so I didn't add any extra sweetener.

Skimmed cheese is blended with egg, egg white sweetener, add vanilla.

Remove the tartar dough from the refrigerator, place it in the shape and form it with the edges.

Filled with plums mixed with starch. Pour the curd - egg white mass over them.

The mold is placed in the oven at 175 degrees and baked for ~ 30 minutes. Remove and cool.

Meanwhile, cut the plums and cook them in the puree, blend, cool.

Gelatin 8g is swollen in a small amount of water. It is then dissolved in a hot water bath and added to the plum mass, which is poured onto the curd layer.

Put in the refrigerator and freeze. Enjoy your meal!
