Ingredients
 500 g Rice
 550 g Water
 55 g Rice vinegar
 45 g Sugar (or sweetener)
 5 g Salt
 450 g Lightly salted trout (self-salted - only with salt and pepper)
 230 g Caviar artificial "Santa Bremor"
 200 g Fresh cucumber
 275 g Cream cheese "Philadelphia light"
 275 g Cream cheese “Baltais”
 166 g Avocado
 10 g Black sesame seeds
 10 g Kikkoman Terijaki sauce
 ¼ Lemon
 1 Nori leaf

First rinse the rice in cold water. At least 3 times

Rinse the washed rice in a saucepan and add water 550 g.

Bring the rice to a medium heat: as soon as the rice boils, cut the heat to a low heat and boil / steam under the lid for ~ 15-20 minutes (until the water evaporates).

While the rice is boiling, prepare the rice marinade: pour rice vinegar into a dish, add sugar (or sweetener), dissolve the salt and stir. Can be put to reheat in the microwave, then it will be faster.

Add the cooled marinade to the hot rice. Divide the rice into 3 equal parts (320 g).

Cut cucumbers and salmon into small cubes. Avocado is also cut into small cubes, but immediately sprinkled with lemon juice so that the avocado does not turn black.

Fold the leaves several times and grind them by hand - add it to one of the parts of the cooled rice. Stir.

Toast the black sesame seeds in a pan and add the second third of the cooked rice. Stir.

Mix 200 g of Philadelphia light cream cheese with 200 g of "White" cream cheese and 10 g of Teriyaki sauce. I filled this mixed mass into a pastry bag - it is easier to cover the surface of the cake evenly.

For decoration (surface spreading and roses), mix 75 g of cream cheese "White" with 75 g of cream cheese "Philadelphia light" (without Teriyaki sauce). The mixed mass is also filled into a pastry bag.

I use a pastry metal ring, which I put on a plate on which I will serve on the table. Place an acetate plate along the inside to make it easier to remove the "edges of the cake" afterwards.

At the bottom of the cake, place the rice on a plate and arrange them with wet fingers, pressing them to the bottom of the cake.

Cover the rice with 1/2 of the prepared cream.

On top of the cream put sliced cucumbers and sliced trout.

On top of the trout put the other half of the prepared cream cheese - smooth.

Top with sliced avocado and caviar (I "save" and use artificial red caviar).

Arrange the remaining rice on top with wet fingers (this time white, without additives).

Apply cling film and refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours.

Remove, smear the surface of the cake with a mixture of "Philadelphia light" and "White" cream cheese (prepared without Terjakki sauce) and decorate to heart.
