Grind buckwheat and millet in flour. I use a coffee grinder.
Chop the mushrooms and garlic and fry in a pan (without oil). I chopped in a food processor, but can be cut with a knife, then there will be larger pieces.
Spinach stuffed with milk and 15 g of oil.
In a bowl add floured spinach with milk, fried mushrooms, finely grated cheese, salt, pepper, mix everything.
Heat a waffle pan, grease with oil and place on a spoon. Bake ready. It was ~ 6 minutes for me.
