I had never cooked an omelette with shrimp before. Well, delicious!
Blend the egg and egg white with spinach, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour into a pan and bake in a pan under the lid on moderate temperature.
When the bottom is fried, put half of the omelette shrimp, tomatoes, grated cheese on top.
Fold, press and fry in a pan under the lid for ~ 5 minutes.
