Just three ingredients - one, two, three - and a delicious dessert is ready.

Cut the banana into smaller pieces, add the egg, cocoa and sweetener and blend all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe bowl.
Place in the microwave for 3-4 minutes or bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~20 minutes.
Prepare the icing - mix the cocoa with the milk and sweetener and place in the microwave for 20 seconds (or just stir well).
