The idea arose to try such a variation of sushi. Very delicious!

Rinse the sushi rice with water at least 2-3 times.
Pour 175 g of water over the rice and cook on low heat until ready. Cool down.
Finely chop the green onion and crab meat and chop the nori leaves (I cut them with scissors).
Place rice, rice vinegar, chopped crab meat, green onions, chopped nori leaves, sesame seeds, mayonnaise (or cream cheese) in a bowl and mix.
Make small balls (30 g) with your hands. You will need a little patience, but it is worth it. Delicious!
