Herring in a fur coat

Ingredients
 300 g Wedge fillets (or salted herring fillet (not in oil) or lightly salted herring)
 5 Boiled eggs
 300 g Carrot
 100 g Onion
 320 g Pickles
 450 g Beets
Ingredients for "mayonnaise"
 200 g Ready avocado
 250 g Natural yogurt
 150 g 2% kefir
 60 g Greens
 Garlic, salt, lemon pepper, honey to taste

Beets, carrots, rape eggs. Finely chop the onion.

Grate beets, carrots, apples, egg whites. Squeeze the egg yolks with a fork.

Kiwi fillets cut into pieces.

Mix the mayonnaise ingredients and blend everything into a homogeneous mass.

On a large plate put the shape of a cake (with removable edges) and place on a plate in the middle, smearing "mayonnaise" in the middle: beets, carrots, pickles, onions, wedges, egg beets, egg whites, egg yolks on top.

Put in the refrigerator until morning to "absorb" the flavors.

In the morning, remove the edge of the cake and decorate.
