Cheese and smoked chicken fillet muffins

Ingredients (for 6 pieces, mould diameter 10 cm)
 2 Eggs
 120 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 300 g Skimmed-milk kefir 0,1 %
 80 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Smoked chicken fillet
 50 g A hard or fattier cheese of your choice
 1 tsp. Soda
 Salt, chilli, garlic and other spices of your choice

Beat the eggs.

Heat the kefir, add the baking soda and stir. Leave to react for 5 minutes and add to the eggs.

Grate the cheese, cut the scallions and chicken fillet into small cubes, and add to the egg-kefir mixture.

Add the flour, stir and pour into the tins.

Bake in the oven at ~170-180 °C for ~30 minutes.
