Savoury, delicious and filling.

Beat the eggs.
Heat the kefir, add the baking soda and stir. Leave to react for 5 minutes and add to the eggs.
Grate the cheese, cut the scallions and chicken fillet into small cubes, and add to the egg-kefir mixture.
Add the flour, stir and pour into the tins.
Bake in the oven at ~170-180 °C for ~30 minutes.
