Cheesecake with cherries (with protein)

Ingredients (diameter 18 cm)
 1 Egg
 200 g Cream cheese "Philadelphia light" 11%
 200 g Natural yogurt "Actifeel Greek style"
 200 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 40 g Protein powder
 8 g Vanilla sugar
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for the top
 300 g Cherries (I used frozen)
 100 g Water
 15 g Corn starch
 20 g Melted white chocolate
 Sweetener of your choice

Place the egg, cottage cheese, yoghurt, cream cheese, protein, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl and beat until smooth. Pour into the tin, place in the oven at ~175 °C, and bake for ~35 minutes.

While the base is baking, prepare the cherries - place the cherries in a saucepan with the sweetener and heat until they melt and release their juice.

Mix 15 g starch with 100 g water and add to the cherries. Stir and heat until the cherries thicken. Cook, stirring for ~1-2 minutes Remove and cool.

When the cheesecake is ready, arrange the cooled cherries on top.

For decor, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
