 535 g Mushrooms (I had some porcini mushrooms that I had picked in the summer and frozen)
 500 g Tomato paste "Primo Gutso Tomatera" (24 kcal / 100 g)
 383 g Pickled or salted cucumbers
 369 g Rutabaga
 264 g Carrot
 160 g Canned black olives
 110 g Onion
 30 g Garlic
 40 g Various greens (parsley, kinza, etc.)
 Lemon
 Salt, allspice, bay leaves, black pepper, lemon pepper and other spices of your choice.

Put a pot of water on the stove. When the water comes to a boil, add the mushrooms.

Meanwhile, cut the rutabaga, celery and carrots.

Cut the pickled cucumbers.
