Something mega simple and infinitely delicious! Very good replacement for chips on holiday movie nights - :)
In a bowl, mix oatmeal with seeds, flour, salt and spices.
Add warm water - mix everything and leave for ~15-20 minutes.
Pour the mass onto a tray and spread a thin layer with a damp spoon. The thinner you align, the crisper it will be.
Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes at first. Then remove, cut with a knife the next crackers to your desired size, and place in the oven, reducing the temperature to 160 degrees, and bake for about 20-25 minutes until the crackers turn brown.
