Christmas calls for braised sauerkraut.

Cut the chicken fillets into strips and mix with the teriyaki sauce and seasoning. Chop the onion, and grate the carrot and apple.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the sliced onions. Fry for 1 minute and add the chicken fillets, carrots and cabbage. Put the lid on, reduce the heat and sauté, stirring occasionally, until almost ready.
Add the apples, Korean carrots, honey, stir and sauté for ~10 minutes.
