Sinlessly, delicious, healthy and filling!

Cut the chicken fillets into strips and fry them in a preheated frying pan in 5g of oil.
Cut all the vegetables, put them in a pot with ~1 litre of water. Add salt, spices to taste. Cover with a lid and stew over medium heat.
When the vegetables are almost ready, add the fried chicken strips and the couscous (add a little water if necessary so that the couscous swells) and sauté for a few more minutes.
