I saw minced catfish fillet in the store and got a craving to make some catfish cutlets. They turned out delicious!

Catfish Fillet Cutlets

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 350 g Ground catfish fillet
 50 g Carrot
 30 g Corn starch
 20 g Greens (dill, parsley)
 5 g Garlic
 3 g Oil
 Herb salt, pepper, and spices of your choice

Grate the carrot on a fine grater, mince the garlic, and mix with all the other ingredients.

Shape the cutlets with wet hands and fry them in a pan greased with oil. Fry on both sides, covered, over very low heat.
