A healthier version of my childhood treat.

First, make the chocolate sauce by mixing hot water with cocoa, chia seeds, and a sweetener. Blend the mixture and leave it in the fridge overnight to cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
The next day, crush the cookies by hand and mix them with the chocolate sauce.
Mix and wrap in cling film. Place in the fridge.
