Salad with cauliflower and prawns

Ingredients
 2 Boiled eggs
 444 g Cauliflower
 220 g Cucumber
 159 g Ripe avocado
 150 g Shrimps
 50 g Scallions
 25 g Spinach
 15 g Greens (dill, parsley, cilantro)
 15 g Garlic
 15 g Mustard
 6 g Honey
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Herb salt (or salt)

Divide the cauliflower into rosettes - throw in boiling water and cook a little. Drain, cool.

Cut (or grate) the eggs, dice the cucumber and the scallions. Prepare the prawns.

Make the avocado mayonnaise.

Mix the salad with avocado mayonnaise and enjoy!
