A great salad for both everyday meals and special occasions.

First, make the mayonnaise: blend 3 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, cottage cheese, mustard, honey, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
Cut/chop the remaining ingredients: egg whites, cucumbers, chicken breast, and scallions.
Mix all with mayonnaise.
