When I get tired of meat, I enjoy fish. This time - salad with salmon.

Salad with salmon and avocado dressing

Ingredients
 4 Eggs
 275 g Canned green peas
 200 g Steamed salmon
 180 g Boiled carrots
 60 g Scallions
 30 g Greens (dill, parsley)
Ingredients for the sauce "mayonnaise"
 160 g Avocado
 160 g Natural yoghurt (I use Actifeel Greek style)
 30 g Spinach
 30 g Dill
 10 g Garlic
 5 g Mustard
 5 g Honey
 5 Basil leaves
 Herb salt
Directions

Boil the eggs and carrots. Steam the salmon (I do this in a pan with a little water).

Grate the eggs, and cut the carrots and greens.

Prepare "mayonnaise" - blend all ingredients with a blender.

Mix all the salad ingredients with the avocado "mayonnaise", and add salt and pepper as needed.
