Salad with couscous and spinach

Ingredients
 440 ml Canned red beans (225 g net weight)
 200 g Fresh salmon
 148 g Bell pepper
 120 g Cherry tomatoes
 50 g Spinach
 50 g Leek
 40 g Couscous
 80 g Hot water
 Salt, lemon pepper
 On top - pomegranate seeds.
Directions

Put the salmon in a pan, which is poured a little water and stir. About 30 minutes.

Sprinkle couscous with boiling water, place on a plate and allow to swell.

Peppers and leeks cut. Rinse the beans from salt water.

Put spinach, peppers, leeks, tomatoes in a salad bowl. Add beans, swollen couscous, crushed into small pieces of salmon.

Add salt and lemon pepper. Can be served with pomegranate seeds.
