Ingredients
 3 Boiled eggs
 250 g Fresh cucumber
 200 g Chinese cabbage
 200 g Tomato
 130 g Tuna in pieces in its own juice
Ingredients for "Mayonnaise"
 150 g Natural yogurt
 115 g Soft, ripe avocado
 15 g Garlic
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp. Mustard
 1 tsp. Honey
 Herb salt, pepper

Cut Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs.

Peel an avocado, cut into smaller pieces, add the rest of the sauce and blend until smooth.

Add "mayonnaise" to the vegetables.

Add the tuna and mix everything.
