Ingredients
 1 Boiled egg
 120 g Ripe avocado
 75 g Tomato
 50 g Onion
 Salt, pepper, lemon juice

Boil the egg, cool.

Finely chop the avocado and sprinkle it with lemon juice.

Finely chop (or grate) egg, onion, and tomato, and add avocado and spices.

Put on whole wheat buns or galettes and enjoy!
